AbbVie is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to serve as the primary financial lead for Project One and related global platforms. You will own financial planning, forecasting, capitalization, and governance across multi-million-dollar transformation programs.

You will develop budgets, forecast monthly, perform variance analyses, manage capitalization processes, and prepare executive reports for program leadership and steering committees.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, project accounting, FP&A, program financial management, or related finance functions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting large-scale technology, digital, ERP, CRM, or business transformation programs.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, accruals, capitalization, financial controls, variance analysis, and executive reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, reporting, and data analysis.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management across all organizational levels.

• Lead development and maintenance of program budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Independently manage monthly forecasting, actuals reporting, variance analysis, and financial reconciliations.
• Drive month-end, quarter-end, year-end, and annual planning activities.
• Prepare executive-level financial reports, funding updates, variance analyses, and governance materials for program leadership and steering committees.
• Identify financial risks, funding constraints, and forecasting issues and proactively drive resolution.
• Support audits, financial reviews, and governance activities while maintaining documentation and controls.
