Job summary

Arbor Associates is hiring for a per diem residential program position in Belchertown, MA. You will provide direct care and daily living support to children aged 6–12 in a structured setting, following program guidelines and incident documentation standards.

Training is provided before the first independent shift, and employees are paid as full employees with taxes withheld. The role offers per diem flexibility in a residential program with supportive onboarding.

Qualifications

• No behavioral health license required — Arbor provides site-specific training before your first independent shift.
• Experience working with children is a plus, in a residential setting is beneficial.
