Job summary

Catholic Charities of New York seeks a Program Manager for the Feeding Our Neighbors initiative in NYC. You will coordinate food programs, oversee data collection, reporting and compliance, and support events throughout the year.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years in food or customer service), strong interpersonal, organizational and MS Office skills, and willingness to travel within the region. Full-time, exempt position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5+ years in the food industry and/or customer service
• Bilingual Spanish/English required
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support food programs managed by CCCS FON
• Manage statistical reports and data collection for the department
• Assist with coordination of special events during the year
• Develop and maintain reporting on program compliance and progress
• Serve as liaison with program sites and support field operations
