Job summary

University of Missouri - Columbia is seeking a Program Manager I for the Office of Financial Success. The role oversees student staff, coordinates financial counseling programs, and supports campus partnerships to advance financial wellness and education across the MU community.

Responsibilities include developing content, planning events, and analyzing program data with Microsoft 365 tools to guide strategic decisions. Expected schedule is Mon–Fri 8:00am–5:00pm with some evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 2 years of experience in related work areas

Responsibilities

• Coordinate financial counseling programs and workshops
• Supervise student staff within the Office of Financial Success
• Support campus leaders and programs through outreach
• Develop learning content for financial wellness
