University of Missouri - Columbia is seeking a Program Manager I for the Office of Financial Success. The role oversees student staff, coordinates financial counseling programs, and supports campus partnerships to advance financial wellness and education across the MU community.
Responsibilities include developing content, planning events, and analyzing program data with Microsoft 365 tools to guide strategic decisions. Expected schedule is Mon–Fri 8:00am–5:00pm with some evenings/weekends.
Office of Financial Success
The Program Manager for the Office of Financial Success (OFS)manages and coordinates the functions of OFS supporting the Mizzoucommunity. The Program Manager assists the Senior Program Managerwith all duties, including operational services and as the center’ssecondary representative. This position will be primarilyresponsible for supervision of the student worker staff of OFS.Additionally, the Program Manager will assist the Senior ProgramManager in establishing and building relationships with campusleaders and programs. This position will also be required toperform financial counseling in accordance with establishedstandards, conduct financial wellness seminars/workshops, managetable events, and develop learning content to support thesefunctions.
Specific duties include:
Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Some evening and weekend hours maybe required.
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education andexperience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparableknowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Salary Range: $54,000 - $62,000 per year
