Job summary

Chi-Chack LLC seeks a Program Manager to deliver NFATC TOPS Support Services, overseeing contract staff, deliverables, and reporting to government leadership. You will ensure quality, security, and accessibility compliance across program outputs and manage multiple training technology projects within the Training Technology and Innovation divisions.

The role emphasizes rigorous oversight, risk management, and a focus on federal contract requirements, metrics, and performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in eLearning project, program, or contract management.
• BS/BA degree in Business or training-related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of KPM experience on federal government contracts; PMP/PgMP/PMI-ACP certifications preferred.
• Strong understanding of the digital training business.
• Proven ability to oversee complex programs and manage risk.
• Experience with project planning, monitoring, and financial activities in program mgmt.
• Experience reporting to contracting officers and government leadership.
• Excellent communication skills with metrics-based updates.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for COR and government leadership.
• Direct contract lifecycle from initiation to closeout and ensure obligations met.
• Oversee multiple training development and tech projects across divisions.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks; maintain risk register.
• Provide leadership and performance management for contract staff.
• Deliver formal program updates and reporting to government stakeholders.
• Develop and implement a Quality Control Plan ensuring compliance and standards.
• Other duties as required.
