Job summary

SelectTech Services Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee complex contracts and cross-functional teams. You will define scope, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with customers and vendors to deliver on time.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and a proactive risk-management mindset. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of program management experience, familiarity with FAR/DFAR/Government contracting, and experience with Microsoft Project and scheduling

Qualifications

• BS Degree in relevant technical or management field; advanced degree desired.
• PMI PMP certification desired or willing to pursue within first year.
• 5+ years of project/program management experience.
• Familiar with Earned Value management techniques.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR contracting regulations; ITAR and US State Department licensing a plus.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and AS 9100 QMS.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and Work Breakdown Elements (deliverables).
• Generate/evaluate Statements of Work.
• Direct and manage end-to-end program development/execution.
• Communicate project/program expectations to team members and stakeholders.
• Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve goals.
• Draft and submit budget proposals and adjust as needed.
• Negotiate with department managers for personnel when required.
• Assess need for additional staff and adjust during project cycle.
• Evaluate and select vendors/subcontractors; delegate tasks accordingly.
• Identify and manage dependencies and critical path.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements docs, and presentations.
• Determine reporting frequency and content; troubleshoot issues.
• Manage changes in project scope; devise contingency plans.
• Supervise team members and suppliers; ensure accountability.
• Travel to customer/vendor sites as needed.
• Build and grow key business relationships for project success.
• Conduct post-project reviews and recommend improvements.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution.
