ZemiTek, LLC seeks an Executive Officer to provide leadership, strategic oversight, and operational direction for a large-scale professional services contract supporting CA/PPT. You will serve as the senior contractor representative accountable for contract performance, workforce management, financial oversight, quality assurance, and customer engagement.

The EO will lead a multidisciplinary workforce across CA/PPT HQ and regional operations, aligning personnel and resources with government

Qualificações

• Advanced proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder engagement, leadership, and decision-making.
• Experience implementing management plans, QA, risk mitigation, and performance measurement.
• Proven ability to manage program budgets, staffing, deliverables, and performance.
• Experience directing complex, multidisciplinary programs with workforce management.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• PMI PMP certification is required.
• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive leadership and operational direction for CA/PPT contract.
• Act as primary contractor representative with CO/COR and Government leadership.
• Direct operations across locations ensuring coordination and service quality.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, supervision, and retention of ~200 personnel.
• Lead Program Managers and develop governance procedures.
• Develop and maintain PM, Staffing, Communications, and Quality plans.
• Manage contract financials including budgeting and labor utilization.
• Establish QA and risk processes, ISO 9001 alignment, and continuous improvement.
• Utilize dashboards and KPIs to monitor readiness, finance, and milestones.
• Lead transition, continuity planning, and surge staffing strategies.
• Prepare monthly reports and executive briefings for Government leadership.
• Ensure compliance with security, PII, and federal regulations.
