Job description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 8+ years of experience in managing large-scale programs, driving cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and strategic planning skills to deliver business objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple projects and programs from initiation to closure.
  • Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business, technology, operations, and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor program performance, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
  • Manage resource planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Drive governance meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Facilitate change management and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and executive leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of overall experience with at least 8-10 years in Program Management.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience managing global and distributed teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in digital transformation, cloud, or technology programs.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $34.67/hour - $54.18/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
