Job summary

Greenleaf Job Training Services is a Columbus-based nonprofit seeking a Program Manager to lead its Empowering Employment program, guiding youth and adults with disabilities toward employment or education. You will oversee operations, staff, partnerships, outcomes, and grant compliance while driving growth.

This full-time, hybrid role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, experience coordinating education/workforce programs, and proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 2–3 years of related experience.
• Experience coordinating educational, workforce-development, human-services, or community programs.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; manage priorities, records.
• Effective leadership and communication; coaching staff.
• Experience building community partnerships and aligning programs with mission.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Ability to learn Sure Impact, SetWorks, UKG, and other systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily program operations including enrollment, schedules, staffing, and deadlines.
• Build partnerships with schools, nonprofits, referral sources, participants, guardians, and funders to support enrollment and growth.
• Supervise and coach part-time instructors; set expectations and coordinate coverage.
• Maintain program records and grant reporting in Sure Impact and SharePoint.
• Monitor curriculum and outcomes; use feedback and data to improve services.
• Conduct site visits and keep leadership informed of progress, challenges, and priorities.
