Job summary

Greenleaf is seeking an experienced, motivated Program Manager for the Empowering Employment program. This full-time, exempt leadership role oversees program operations, staff development, participant services, and community partnerships to drive employment outcomes.

The manager will supervise instructional staff, manage enrollment and services, monitor compliance, and engage with schools, employers, and referral sources.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of related experience or training.
• Strong leadership, supervision, and staff development skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with technology, documentation systems, and data tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support Empowering Employment instructional staff.
• Oversee program enrollment, scheduling, participant services, and daily operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, referral sources, employers, families, and community partners.
• Monitor grant deliverables, documentation requirements, and compliance standards.
• Represent Greenleaf within the community and support organizational goals.
