Job summary

The University of Houston System seeks a Program Manager of Employer Relations and Experiential Learning to build and sustain employer partnerships for UHCL students. You will devise strategies to recruit employer partners, support placements for internships and projects, and coordinate on-campus recruiting events, job fairs, and career weeks to help students advance their job search.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; three years of experience in employer relationships and community organizations.
• Masters degree preferred and supervisory experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develops relationships with employers to increase experiential learning opportunities for UHCL students.
• Oversees internships and corporate partner programs in collaboration with the Director.
• Maintains relationships with corporate recruiters through visits, calls, and emails.
• Oversees planning and assessment for employer outreach and development.
• Supervises and develops student employees.
