Job summary

Description:

  8. Develops, implements and maintains appropriate policies andprocedures.

Minimum Qualifications
  • - Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of related professionalexperience.
  • - One (1) year of experience in one or more of the followingareas:
    • * Student recruitment
    • * Admissions
    • * Academic advising
    • * Academic program management
    • * Student services or other related experience in highereducation
  • - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with theability to travel for recruitment events, high school visits,college fairs, and other outreach activities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • - Experience planning and coordinating events in higher educationor the hospitality industry.
  • - Experience advising prospective, transfer, or current collegestudents.
  • - Experience with undergraduate student recruitment andoutreach.
  • - Experience presenting to groups or conducting informationsessions.
  • - Experience using a CRM system (e.g., Slate) or other studentinformation systems.
  • - Bilingual (Spanish preferred).

MQ: Education: Requires a thorough understanding of boththeoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical orprofessional discipline; or the basic knowledge of more than oneprofessional discipline. Knowledge of the discipline is normallyobtained through a formal, directly job-related 4 year degree froma college or university or an equivalent in-depth specializedtraining program that is directly related to the type of work beingperformed. Experience: No experience required.
