Job summary

University of Cincinnati Clermont Campus is seeking a Program Manager to oversee Career Services Center operations, employer engagement, and experiential learning initiatives. The role focuses on coordinating programs, services, and outreach to support student readiness for meaningful careers.

You will collaborate with faculty, staff, employers, alumni, and community partners to deliver high-quality programs and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (see Required Education).
• Five (5) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
• Experience coordinating events, workshops, outreach initiatives, or student engagement programming.
• Experience developing employer, community, or workforce partnerships.
• Experience managing budgets, purchasing processes, and financial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Career Services Center programs and events (career fairs, networking events, workshops) including logistics, scheduling, and communications.
• Manage primary communication channels (email, phone, social platforms) and serve as first point of contact for students and employers.
• Develop and distribute communications/marketing materials to increase awareness and participation.
• Support day-to-day operations: calendars, office logistics, workflows, and documentation.
• Collect, maintain, and report data on program participation and outcomes for assessment and planning.
