Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years in business development, client/account management, workforce development, or related fields.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into insights and recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to executives.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of job market trends, hiring practices, and recruiting processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of strategic employer partners aligned with UT's strengths.
• Advise employers on long-term recruiting strategies that align with student talent and interests.
• Lead conversations with hiring managers to secure year-round opportunities for students.
• Translate employer demand and student interest into actionable engagement strategies.
• Partner with employers to co-design work-integrated opportunities like internships and pathways.
