Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of multiple programs within the Second Generation Electronics architecture roadmap. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure milestones are achieved while aligning with business goals.

The role requires a strong background in engineering, 10+ years of experience with PM leadership, and familiarity with SAFe and embedded electronics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field; business degree acceptable with PM experience.
10+ years industry experience with 5+ years in program management and NPI delivery.
Familiar with embedded systems, electronics architecture and SAFe lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional execution of Second Generation Electronics Architecture programs to meet timing, quality and cost goals.
Create and own the overall program plan with cross-functional inputs and PI commitments.
Drive timely decisions, mitigates risk, and deliver milestones.
Monitor budget and resource usage, tracking spend across time periods.
Track performance, resolve issues, and report status to senior management.
Leverage PMO tools to implement processes for continuous improvement and delivery.
Communicate risks and successes clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
