Job summary

Qualifications

  • BachelorS degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 4 years of program management experience in EMS or electronics manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of PCBA, box build, and product lifecycles.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full program lifecycle from NPI to production ramp and sustaining activities.
  • Act as the main customer interface and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Drive on-time delivery, cost control, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support P&L and revenue forecasting; manage backlog and tariff considerations.
  • Conduct regular QBRs and identify upsell opportunities within accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales to develop proposals, quotes, and program expansions.
  • Facilitate Lean/continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs.
