Job summary

Creation Technologies seeks a Program Manager to oversee the production and delivery of electronic products from design to manufacturing and shipment. You will manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery while optimizing costs.

You will act as the primary customer liaison, communicate updates, and drive continuous improvement across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain. A strong background in electronics and project management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ Years of electronics manufacturing services (EMS) or relevant industry experience, with a proven track record of success in complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope and requirements, ensuring product design aligns with customer specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Develop and manage timelines, adjusting schedules to meet milestones such as NPI, completion and delivery dates.
• Manage process validations such as IQ, OQ, PQ.
• Monitor program metrics, including on-time delivery, quality, responsiveness, and cost performance, identifying root causes and solutions.
• Coordinate Customer Focused Teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and supply chain.
• Act as the primary customer liaison, ensuring expectations are met and updates or issues are communicated.
• Oversee financial aspects, including revenue forecasting, cost estimates, and P&L variances, ensuring budget adherence and quotations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and ROI.
• Ensure manufactured products meet quality standards and required certifications (e.g., UL, CE, RoHS, ISO).
• Resolve quality issues by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
