Program Manager – Electronics Manufacturing (Supporting Artificial Intelligence Industry)

About the Role
We are partnering with a global electronics manufacturing organization to identify a Program Manager who will lead customer programs across the full product lifecycle. This role is highly cross-functional and customer-facing, supporting programs from design and development through New Product Introduction (NPI), mass production, sustaining, and end-of-life (EOL).
The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for customers while driving execution, schedules, cost, and overall program success in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary customer interface throughout design, development, manufacturing, and service phases of NPI programs
- Establish and manage customer agreements, including scope, deliverables, schedules, and service levels
- Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to ensure successful program delivery
- Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed program schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Track program timing, resources, dependencies, and risks; drive accountability to timelines
- Prepare and support RFQ responses, including cost inputs, timelines, and feasibility assessments
- Develop and manage program budgets and cost models in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Monitor key performance indicators (delivery, cost, quality, yield) to assess program health and implement corrective actions
- Identify program risks and lead mitigation planning related to schedule, cost, supply chain, and production
- Lead recurring program reviews and status meetings to ensure alignment and issue resolution
- Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and change control processes
- Secure capacity, materials, and manpower to support customer demand and production ramps
- Ensure global supply chain readiness and support resolution of site or supplier disruptions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost, and quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 2–3 years of program or project management experience within electronics manufacturing, EMS, or related industry
- Strong understanding of NPI processes, product lifecycle management, and manufacturing operations
- Experience supporting global customers and cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, complex programs, and tight deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience with RFQ processes, cost modeling, and contract management
- Knowledge of supply chain, capacity planning, and production ramp-up
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- PMP certification is a plus
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English strongly preferred
