Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) AES division seeks a Program Manager to lead eligibility offices and supervise staff. You will shape programs, coach supervisors, and monitor performance to deliver timely, compliant services to Texans.

Role requires travel up to 40% and capability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college hours preferred.
• Experience supervising SNAP/Medicaid or Cash Assistance staff is preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook; TIERS/EWMS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead eligibility unit supervisors and staff across offices.
• Develop and monitor programs; provide coaching and training.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate with management to improve operations and outcomes.
