Job summary

Allegheny Science & Technology (AST) seeks a Program Manager to lead a Department of State staffing contract and related task orders, acting as the primary Government contact for performance, execution and compliance. The role is hybrid and requires commuting to Washington, DC area.

The PM will coordinate planning, resources, finances, and risk management, ensure qualified personnel are recruited, onboarded and retained, and maintain ongoing government communications. Citizens from the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, management and oversight for the DoS staffing contract and task orders.
• Serve as the primary Government point of contact for contract performance, execution and compliance.
• Direct contract-level planning, resource allocation, financial management, risk management, quality assurance and subcontractor coordination.
• Recruit, vet, onboard and retain qualified personnel in accordance with task order requirements and timelines.
• Maintain accountability for contract performance and drive continuous improvement for staffing across the Department.
