Altamira Technologies is seeking a Program Manager to design, implement, and sustain multiple software programs for national security missions in Warrenton, VA. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, manage requirements, budgets, and staffing, and serve as the primary interface with the Government customer to deliver outcomes that meet mission needs.
The role requires 5+ years in program management, experience with milestone deliveries on DoD/IC contracts, and a TS/SCI/CI poly clearance.

As a program manager on our team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding a multi-disciplined team in the successful execution and sustainment of several software applications. Your client will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority on the account, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. The anticipated salary range for this position is $180,000 to $225,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, the scope of the position, relevant experience, education, certifications, internal equity, customer contractual requirements, security clearance requirements, and other legitimate business considerations.
