Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 15+ years of experience; Associates 14+, Bachelor's 12+, Master's 10+, PhD 8+ years.
• Seven years of Federal program management experience.
• Three years of DoS program management experience.
• Active Secret security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with contract requirements, performance standards, staffing commitments, deliverables and reporting obligations.
• Direct contract-level planning, resource allocation, financial management, risk management, quality assurance, and subcontractor coordination with government stakeholders.
• Coordinate with CO, COR, and other designated government stakeholders.
• Ensure recruitment, vetting, onboarding, and retention of qualified personnel per task orders and timelines.
• Maintain accountability for contract performance and implement continuous improvement for staffing across the DoS.
