Job summary

Bering-Alaka'ina Holdings, LLC, based in Honolulu, Hawai'i, seeks a Program Manager to oversee DoD and federal contracts across multiple programs. The role focuses on planning, directing execution, tracking funding and labor, and reporting progress.

You will lead a team, manage personnel recruitment, risk, and client relations, and support business development while ensuring compliance and on-time deliverables. Travel up to 20% and ability to manage 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Five plus (5+) years’ experience managing performance of multiple Government contracts.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook & SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Manages DoD and Federal projects to ensure planning, directing execution, monitoring and reporting progress.
• Manage all Contracts/Task Orders within assigned area of operations.
• Review and track funding levels; develop status and estimate-to-completion reports; manage labour hours and costs.
