Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to provide oversight for a government program in Gulfport, MS. The role requires leading cross-disciplinary teams and acting with full authority in the Program Manager's absence.

Qualifications include a BS/BA with 8 years in data center or mission-critical operations, plus 3 years in management, PMP and IDCA or equivalent certification. Eligible candidates must hold a Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 8 years of experience in data center or mission-critical facility operations, including 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• PMP and Data Center Operations Manager (IDCA) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Acts with full authority of the Program Manager in the Program Manager's absence.
• Directs day to day integration across facilities operations, maintenance, electrical operations, information technology, and project execution.
• Chairs weekly status reviews.
• Manages the response to the customer regarding identified performance deficiencies and owns corrective action closure.
• Primary focus areas shall be business management, procurement processing, and subcontract performance management in support of operations.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
