Job summary

Mano Lani LLC. is seeking a Part-Time Program Manager in Honolulu, HI to plan, coordinate, and support telecom and technology infrastructure projects for DoD and federal customers in Hawaii.

The role covers planning through closeout, coordinating ISP/OSP fiber, cabling, AV/VTC, and low-voltage systems, while ensuring compliance with security and customer requirements. A PMP is preferred; DoD experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 15 years of PM/coordination experience.
• Experience with fiber, cabling, DoD or federal projects.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and coordinate with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple DISA, DoD, and federal projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain schedules, milestones, budgets, and risk registers.
• Coordinate ISP/OSP fiber, structured cabling, network infrastructure, AV/VTC, and related tech.
• Serve as primary coordination point between government customers, technical teams, and vendors.
• Maintain project documentation including minutes, reports, logs, and closeout packages.
