Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on sales and customer service experience in an industrial industry.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Pursue sales opportunities and lead end-to-end pursuit lifecycle across cross-functional teams.
• Develop program objectives, timelines, milestones and oversee multi-project execution.
• Allocate resources, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop program budgets and ensure delivery of value for money.
• Serve as a bridge between senior management, project teams, and external stakeholders.
• Guide and coordinate project managers to achieve program objectives.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Oversee changes during the program lifecycle to maintain alignment with goals.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Program Manager is responsible for all sales pursuits within a vertical with one or more customers, ensuring all pursuits are managed toward achieving company and customer objectives. Operates at a high level, coordinating multiple team members and stakeholders to optimize resources, manage risks, and ensure sales success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE

• Pursue Sales Opportunities:Leads the end-to-end pursuit lifecycle for sales opportunities by coordinating cross-functional teams, developing capture strategies, aligning solutions to customer needs, managing pipelines and CRM data, and driving proposals through award while ensuring revenue growth and strategic objectives are achieved.
• ProgramPlanningandExecution:Developprogramobjectives,timelines,andmilestones;overseetheplanning,implementation,andtrackingofmultipleprojects.
• ResourceandRiskManagement:Allocateresourcesefficiently,identifypotentialrisks,andimplementmitigationstrategies.
• BudgetingandFinancialOversight:Developprogrambudgets,controlcosts,andensureprogramsdelivervalueformoney.
• StakeholderCommunication:Serveasabridgebetweenseniormanagement,projectteams,andexternalstakeholders;provideregularupdatesandstrategicrecommendations.

Qualifications: JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred; equivalent relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree.

Experience:

• Minimum5 years of hands‑on sales and customer service experience in an industrial industry.
• Team lead experience preferred but not required.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
