Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with four years of supervisory experience.
• HS diploma with six years of supervisory experience in delivering services to adults with disabilities.
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct supervision and oversight to staff across programs, strengthening operations.
• Oversee daily program operations and ensure agency policies are followed.
• Identify staffing needs and assist with recruitment, supervision, and evaluations.
• Coach, develop, orient, and train staff to promote teamwork.
• Attend required supervisory meetings and promote staff accountability.
• Represent programs at community meetings and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
