Job summary

The Arc Prince George’s County is seeking a program supervisor to provide supports that help individuals served achieve greater independence and community inclusion. You will assist with person-centered planning, transportation, daily activities, and related documentation.

You will also coordinate staffing, train and supervise staff, support employment experiences, monitor safety, administer medications as needed, and maintain PCPs and Behavior Plans in the agency’s electronic health record

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with relevant supervisory experience.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with required software.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Dependable and reliable with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions, including emergencies.
• Must meet driver criteria and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare for changes, align plans with individuals' interests.
• Assist individuals in planning and participating in community experiences.
• Provide personal and health care support and monitor safety.
• Complete accurate documentation and attend required meetings.
• Provide daily staffing support and supervise job sites for future employment.
• Maintain PCPs and Behavior Plans in the Electronic Health Record System.
