Qualifications

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience working with people with disabilities.
• Knowledge of community resources available in Prince George’s County.
• Intensive understanding of the agency’s vision regarding honoring individuals’ preferences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee direct support professionals across assigned homes.
• Coordinate medical appointments and behavior support plans.
• Develop and manage budgets; oversee expenditures and financial records.
• Promote frequent community outings and engage families in activity planning.
• Ensure homes meet safety, licensing, and maintenance standards.
• Maintain respectful communication with families and staff.
• Oversee individuals’ health needs and medical services.
• Hire, train, and manage support staff.
