Job summary

The Boeing Company, Hill Air Force Base in Ogden, UT, is seeking a Project Manager (Associate or Mid-Level) to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure on-time, on-budget execution of the Minuteman program. You will oversee supply chain coordination, production planning, quality deliverables, cost tracking, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities include coordinating with SM/MFG/MMO/OPS, resolving issues promptly, tracking EAC and charging, and maintaining program documentation and status

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience (Level 2).
• 5+ years of related work experience (Level 3).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Supplier Management to ensure timely parts and materials.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Management, MMO, and OPS on production planning to achieve the SOW.
• Identify, resolve, and elevate issues promptly; notify the program of schedule, cost, or execution impacts.
• Partner with Quality to ensure First Article Inspection (FAI) is completed and delivered per requirements.
• Provide the Program Manager with regular updates on schedule status, cost performance, risks, issues and actions.
• Monitor, update, and maintain the Estimate at Completion (EAC) with accurate charging.
• Coordinate with Supplier Management and Engineering to resolve supplier questions and technical issues timely.
• Identify, assess, track, and manage risks, issues, and opportunities throughout the lifecycle.
• Support cross-functional communication and problem resolution to maintain program execution.
• Ensure program documentation, status reporting, and action tracking are maintained accurately.
• Escalate concerns as needed to support timely decision-making and successful outcomes.
