Fisica Space Vector seeks an Associate Program Manager to lead production programs, driving execution from planning to sustainment and expanding the product line with key customers in Aerospace, Defense, and National Security.

The role requires coordination of multi‑discipline teams, customer liaison, and support for capture/proposal efforts; on-site work in Simi Valley with 9/80 schedule and active clearance readiness preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; broad theoretical job knowledge.
• Experience: 0–2 years with degree, or 4+ years in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of program execution from inception through completion.
• Lead programs within production portfolio and drive capture of new business and follow-on work.
• Build customer relationships and support major capture and proposal efforts aligning with national security requirements.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or related technical/business discipline
