Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain US Security Clearance (US Citizenship required). An interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
• 1+ years of experience in Program or Project Management.
• 1+ years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools.
• 1+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.
• Experience interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking activities.
• Coordinate tasks, meetings, milestones, and deliverables across stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, action logs, and risk registers.
• Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Track progress against timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators.
• Identify and elevate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution.
• Help facilitate meetings and capture action items and next steps.
• Contribute to process improvement and project management best practices.
