Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Engineered Pump Division (EPD) in Bethlehem, PA seeks a Project Manager responsible for delivering pumps to contract delivery dates. You will collaborate with Contracts, Finance, Quality, Sourcing, Engineering and Operations and coordinate with other Curtiss-Wright divisions to ensure program success.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership and communication, with ERP experience (Oracle) and MS Office, plus a background in production, engineering or program management.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain security clearances.
• Bachelor’s degree in or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of production, engineering, project, or program management experience or equivalent.
• Prior experience working in the Defense Industry is preferred.
• Knowledge or experience with Government contracting projects.
• Understanding of Supply Chain Management concepts—planning, scheduling, purchasing, inventory control, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of customer projects/programs.
• Prepares periodic reviews for customers on the status of projects/programs.
• Oversees management of project schedules, open issues, and financial performance to budgeted plans and contract.
• Coordinates resolution of issues and recommendations to senior management.
• Other duties as necessary.
