Job summary

Curtiss-Wright is seeking a Program Manager for the Engineered Pump Division to lead Navy submarine pump programs, ensuring on-time delivery of complex electromechanical assemblies. You will head a cross-functional team across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Test, Supply Chain, and Contracts, and drive new business capture and post-delivery support.

Location is Bethlehem, PA (onsite). The role requires strong financial forecasting, risk management, and customer relationship skills, with PMP

Qualifications

• Five+ years in program/project management for complex electromechanical assemblies.
• Experience with aerospace/defense programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional IPT teams to meet cost, schedule, technical, and quality goals.
• Interface with shipyard customers; produce weekly, monthly, quarterly progress reports.
• Maintain integrated master schedule with operations, supply chain and planning.
• Develop project budgets and forecasts; present financial performance to senior leadership.
• Deploy risk management processes; travel to customer/supplier sites as needed.
