Job summary

CIRCOR Pumps North America seeks a Project Manager to lead engineered-to-order and configured-to-order projects from order handoff through delivery and closeout.

You will coordinate Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales to ensure on-time, within-budget execution while meeting technical and contractual requirements. Strong communication and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record handling engineered-to-order, custom, or complex projects.
• Experience coordinating engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, testing, and customer requirements through the lifecycle.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, IFS, JD Edwards, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer projects on time, within budget, and to specification, with lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional project teams with clear accountability for deliverables.
• Manage complex ETO and custom orders from handoff through shipment and closeout.
• Identify and manage risks related to schedule, cost, technical requirements, and scope.
• Communicate project status and issues with customers and internal teams.
• Drive operational excellence around contract review, order entry, and change management.
