Job summary

Pinecrest Supports and Services Center in Pineville, LA is seeking a Program Manager-1A to oversee the Day Program and Employment Services departments. You will coordinate with the Directors to ensure quality services for residents and supervise active treatment and IDD programs.

The role requires strong leadership, program development, and compliance with State Civil Service standards. Applicants should have extensive experience in health or social service programs and the ability to guide

Qualifications

• 7+ years in developing/managing health or social service programs.
• 6 years in any field plus 4 years in relevant program work.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years in relevant program work.
• Advanced degree or JD plus 3 years in relevant program work.
• Experience substitution: every 30 sem hours equals 1 year; max 120 sem hours (4 years).

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, directs, and controls Residential, Active Treatment, Day Program, and Psychological services.
• Prepares reports on client services and staff metrics for CEO and LDH review.
• Participates on Executive Staff to plan strategy and mandatory accreditation trainings.
• Performs other duties to support operation and compliance with policies.
