Job summary

Pine Rest is seeking a Manager of Clinical Program Support to lead and oversee clinical program support services across hospital and residential programs. This role includes supervision of BCBAs, ABA staff, Peer Support Specialists, Engagement Specialists, and Volunteer Services, with a focus on engagement, recovery-oriented care, safety, and high-quality behavioral healthcare.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Healthcare Administration, or related behavioral health field (required).
• Five years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral health or related healthcare setting (preferred).
• Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams (preferred).
• Ability to lead change across multiple service lines and manage budgets and strategic planning (required).
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills; data-driven with ability to interpret quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and supervision for clinical program support staff across hospital and residential programs.
• Develop staffing models, workflows, and programming to support patient engagement and recovery-oriented care.
• Oversee patient engagement, peer support, volunteer services, and behavioral services aligned with regulatory standards.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate clinical program support into treatment and improve patient outcomes.
