Job summary

Zenith Services Incorporated in Hopkins, MN is seeking a Program Manager for the Day Program and Employment Supports. You will oversee the Day Program, supervise direct care staff, and ensure quality services for individuals served.

The role includes on-call coverage, development of person-centered plans, and collaboration with families, teachers, and case managers to support community integration and compliance with 245D. A vehicle and driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Vehicle with current car insurance.
• Successful DHS Background Study clearance.
• Experience with autism, intellectual disabilities, and mental health diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Train DSPs and run monthly staff meetings.
• Direct care as needed per program needs.
• Lead meetings with parents/guardians, teachers and case managers.
• Develop person-centered plans and outcomes including progress reviews.
• Assist in writing behavioral programming per person served.
• Complete paperwork in compliance with 245D.
• Connect with community resources for successful community integration.
