Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years of relevant experience in a Day Habilitation setting.
• Supervisory and program management experience preferred.
• Valid driver''s license and access to a vehicle.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of habilitation services.
• Be responsible for achieving the program financial goals.
• Oversee the program safety and health program.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, promote, transfer, discipline and terminate employees according to policies.
• Ensure the program remains compliant with regulatory bodies and data is reviewed for quality services.
• Monitor and supervise all administrative duties related to the service.
• Maintain effective communication with staff and directors.
• Research and share resource materials relevant to habilitation services and community integration.
• Facility management to maintain a professional environment.
• Client recruitment and retention.
