People Incorporated is a human services agency serving the Southcoast community, including Fall River and Taunton. The Assistant Program Operations Manager will assist the Program Operations Manager in the daily functioning of assigned residential sites, oversee staff, and ensure program compliance and quality treatment.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree in Human Services and one year of experience, with a flexible schedule including evenings, and some holidays.

Formación

• Associate’s Degree in Human Services or related field.
• One year experience in related role (or compatible).
• Ability to supervise or coordinate others in a residential setting and respond to emergencies.
• A qualifying criminal background check, driving record and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• TB screening and Physical required at hire; TB update every two years.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a structured routine including house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, family visitations, and medication distribution with human rights upheld.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual Service Plans.
• De-escalation and crisis management as needed to maintain safety.
• Follow organizational policies, procedures, and management decisions.
