ResCare Community Living, a part of Sevita, seeks a Day Program Manager to oversee services for a designated program, directing direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, and financial management. The role emphasizes leadership, staffing, and program quality within a community-based setting.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years in Human Services and involves recruiting staff, training, scheduling, and ensuring compliance

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and two to three years of related experience in the Human Services Industry preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for supervising staff and programs.
• Experience with compliance, documentation, and regulatory requirements is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee staff recruitment, hiring, and training across assigned programs.
• Organize and conduct on-site orientation, training, and staff meetings.
• Design and monitor staff schedules to ensure full shift coverage and minimize overtime.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and manage staff development.
• Ensure safety, licensing compliance, and accurate program documentation.
• Oversee health care delivery and medication administration within the program.
• Manage program finances, including budgeting and billing processes.
