Job summary

Cisco’s Product Operations Central seeks a Senior BI/PLM Analytics Leader to shape data-driven PLM strategies across NPI and sustaining phases, aligning BI initiatives with business goals. You will leverage GCP tools and collaborate with GMO, T&Q, and Engineering to deliver scalable analytics, automated data quality, and real-time operational insights.

Qualified candidates bring 7+ years of PLM/NPI experience, strong SQL/Tableau/Power BI, and Google Cloud proficiency, with a proven track

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in PLM, NPI/Sustaining, HW development, and end-to-end supply chain engineering.
5+ years of program management experience leading cross-functional teams in complex environments.
Expert proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
Proven experience with Google Cloud platform or similar for data visualization.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior leaders and SMEs to translate PLM processes into data-driven insights.
Define and automate quality frameworks to ensure high-fidelity data and KPIs.
Lead BI strategy and execution to improve process efficiency across product portfolio.
Drive cross-functional alignment among Product Operations, GMO, T&Q, and Engineering.
Analyze product health, development velocity, and supply chain risks with deep-dive analyses.
