Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a senior BI/PLM leader to shape data-driven decision-making across the product portfolio. You will drive BI strategy, orchestrate cross-functional collaboration, and define automated quality frameworks to ensure data integrity.

The role emphasizes partnering with Product Operations, GMO, T&Q, and Engineering to accelerate NPI and sustaining phases using GCP-based data processing and real-time insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in PLM, NPI/Sustaining, HW development, and end-to-end supply chain engineering.
• 5+ years of program management experience leading cross functional teams in complex environments with layered dependencies.
• Expert proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Proven experience with Google Cloud platform or similar for data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Shape our future by proactively collaborating with peers, senior leaders, and functional SMEs, bridging PLM processes and data-driven insights.
• Drive the strategic vision for BI by leading strategy and execution of initiatives that improve process and data-driven decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration among Product Operations, GMO, TQ, and Engineering to unify data objectives.
• Define and automate quality frameworks for high-fidelity data and perform deep-dive analyses into product health, velocity, and KPIs.
• Enable scalable data processing with GCP tools (BigQuery, Cloud Composer) and collaborate using Google Workspace.
