• 15+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and Program Management.
• Strong experience in Insurance domain (PC preferred).
• Exposure to AI-driven data engineering automation frameworks.
• Experience transitioning programs into Managed Services MSM models.
• Proven ability to manage distributed teams onshore/offshore.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data modernization programs from discovery to stabilization.
• Drive execution across multiple pods and cross-functional teams onshore/offshore.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, quality benchmarks, and cost constraints.
• Act as a technical mentor for teams in the program.
• Drive strategic conversations with the customer and governance forums.
• Provide oversight on data architecture, migration approach, and target state design.
• Drive transformation from legacy ETL (SSIS) to Snowflake and cloud data platforms.
• Ensure data quality validation, reconciliation, and downstream system alignment.
