The role leads end-to-end data transformation projects, migrating legacy SSIS/SQL Server environments to Snowflake and modern cloud architectures, and serves as the primary interface between business stakeholders, data engineering teams, and leadership.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and Program Management.
Strong experience in Insurance domain (PC preferred).
Exposure to AI-driven data engineering automation frameworks.
Experience transitioning programs into Managed Services MSM models.
Proven ability to manage distributed teams onshore/offshore.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of data modernization programs from discovery to stabilization.
Drive execution across multiple pods and cross-functional teams onshore/offshore.
Ensure adherence to timelines, quality benchmarks, and cost constraints.
Act as a technical mentor for teams in the program.
Drive strategic conversations with the customer and governance forums.
Provide oversight on data architecture, migration approach, and target state design.
Drive transformation from legacy ETL (SSIS) to Snowflake and cloud data platforms.
Ensure data quality validation, reconciliation, and downstream system alignment.
