Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own hardware development programs within Core Tech. You will connect design engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, test, and operations to drive complex electromechanical products from concept through production.

You will build roadmaps with engineering leads, track milestones, manage risks, and ensure the right teams are engaged at the right time. Startup speed mindset required for systems that matter.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Technical Program Manager driving hardware projects.
• Experience with electromechanical systems including motors, actuators, drive systems.
• 3+ years’ experience in mechanical systems hardware with emphasis on drive systems or electromechanical assemblies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Aptitude for working with internal and external stakeholders across technical areas.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Represent and build program culture; liaise with engineering and cross‑functional teams.
• Establish milestones and targets; define product roadmap across teams.
• Evaluate and prioritize tasks for program development; drive data‑driven decisions.
• Execute diverse tasks to keep the program on track and de‑risk the roadmap.
• Communicate engineering strategy and risks to stakeholders; allocate resources accordingly.
• Collaborate with design, finance, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, testing, legal, and operations.
