Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own the planning, execution, and delivery of hardware development programs within Core Tech. You’ll coordinate design engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, test, and operations to drive complex electromechanical products from concept through production.

You will work with engineering leads to build roadmaps, track milestones, manage risks, and engage the right teams at the right time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Technical Program Manager driving hardware or integrated product development projects.
• Experience managing the product development lifecycle of complex electromechanical systems.
• 3+ years’ experience in mechanical systems hardware with emphasis on drive systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Aptitude for working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfort working with data and complex analyses.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Represent and build program culture and liaise with engineering across cross-functional teams.
• Establish milestones and targets to define the product roadmap and engage teams at the right maturity.
• Evaluate and prioritize tasks to support program development with a data-driven approach.
• Execute a variety of tasks to keep the program on track and de-risk the roadmap.
• Communicate engineering strategy and vision to stakeholders and manage risks and expectations.
• Collaborate with design engineering, finance, logistics, EHS, manufacturing, supply chain, testing, legal, operations, business strategy, and production.
