Job summary

Senra Systems, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to be the primary contact for key customers, overseeing orders from PO acceptance to delivery. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and program success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of program management in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of wire harness/cable assembly processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between customers and the company.
• Manage the full program lifecycle from contract acceptance to delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and finance.
• Develop and maintain program schedules.
• Track and report program status to customers.
• Work with customers on supplier scorecards.
• Support estimating with proposal development for new opportunities.
• Manage change orders & scope adjustments.
• Foster long-term customer relationships for growth.
