Senra Systems is seeking a Technical Program Manager to coordinate customer opportunities and ensure project success from RFQ to production. This role plays a critical part in leading cross-functional teams to align priorities and meet customer commitments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading cross‑functional projects or programs from concept through production.
• Strong understanding of wire harness and cable assembly manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary coordinator for customer opportunities.
• Lead coordination across Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and Program Management.
• Identify technical, operational, and schedule risks early in the process.
